The Grace Holt Papers span the years 1946-1993, extend for 14 linear feet, and are arranged in two record series: ADMINISTRATIVE and RESEARCH AND TEACHING. Series and sub-series reflect the original order of the records though, in some cases, sub-series were created by the archivist to deal with unorganized materials. Within sub-series, folders are arranged alphabetically by title and chronologically thereunder as appropriate. In a few cases, cross-references have been made within the folder listing.
