Professor Johnson Interviewed for Southside Weekly Article
Professor Cedric Johnson recently contributed to the Southside Weekly article "Camp Plans Collapse, but Challenges Remain." The article discusses ongoing issues with migrant housing and resource allocation in the city. As part of his statement, Dr. Johnson considered the "patterns of underdevelopment" for minoritized community housing projects in Chicago, as well as the xenophobic rhetoric that has come out of these migrant housing discussions.
